Welcome to Introspection Counseling Center. My name is Nicole Tazewell, PMHNP-BC, CARN, and I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner offering medication management services to clients in Wilmington, Delaware, and surrounding areas. With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am deeply committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate care through psychiatric medication management services for a wide range of mental health conditions. My mission is to partner with you to improve your emotional wellness, enhance your quality of life, and help you feel empowered in your mental health journey.
I am licensed in multiple states and bring a strong clinical background rooted in evidence-based treatment and patient-centered care. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and substance use disorders.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, which grounds me and reminds me of the importance of human connection, something I bring into every client relationship. I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all, and I approach each client with curiosity, compassion, and a sincere desire to understand their story.
