Welcome to Introspection Counseling Center! My name is Michelle Lafferty, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 22 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in various capacities during my career, and my passion for helping others has only grown stronger with time. I take pride in my hard-working nature and my ability to face challenges head-on, bringing that same energy and dedication to my work with clients.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy running, hiking, reading, and spending quality time with my family. As a woman of faith, I integrate my values into my therapeutic approach, fostering a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered. My goal is to walk alongside you as you work toward emotional healing, personal growth, and a fulfilling life.
